BARILOCHE - SMALL CIRCUIT

The Circuito Chico excursion starts along Bustillo Avenue bordering Nahuel Huapi Lake. At km. 8 you will find Playa Bonita, from where you can see Huemul Island. 10 km. further on, after crossing different landscapes, you will arrive at the foot of Cerro Campanario.
From the base, a chairlift takes visitors up to 1500 meters above sea level. At the top there is a cafeteria and on it rises a terrace that allows to admire one of the most complete and beautiful views of all the surroundings: Nahuel Huapi and Perito Moreno lakes. El Trébol Lagoon. Llao Llao and San Pedro Peninsulas, Victoria Island. Otto, López, Goye and Catedral hills and the city of San Carlos de Bariloche.
Then resuming the tour we enter Llao Llao Llao Village, where the San Eduardo Chapel and the magnificent Llao Llao Llao Hotel are located. Over the lake, you can see the important and picturesque Puerto Pañuelo.
After skirting Lake Escondido, the road passes over the bridge of Angostura stream, the junction of Moreno and Nahuel Huapi lakes. Passing by Bahía López, at the foot of the hill of the same name, we arrive at Punto Panorámico at km. 40 at 945 m.a.s.l. where we can appreciate the majestic landscape of Lake Moreno and the Llao Llao Llao peninsula.
Bordering Moreno Lake, you will reach the bridge that allows you to cross this lake and then go along the shore of El Trébol Lagoon and at km. 45 you will join the initial route and return to Bariloche.
