LIMA: PARACAS AND HUACACHINA

You will be picked up from your hotel in Lima around 05:00, depending on your location in the city, where you will board the bus for a 3.5 hour trip to the city of Paracas. Before arriving in Paracas, you will stop for breakfast. When you arrive in Paracas, you will head to the pier to board a motorboat that will take you to the Ballesta Islands.

On the way, you will see the enigmatic figure of El Candelabro, an incredible design made on the side of a hill. There are many hypotheses about its origin: some believe it is related to the Nazca lines, but no evidence has been found to refute this. On the Ballesta Islands, you will witness a rugged landscape teeming with birds and sea lions. You will sail around the islands at a permitted distance and, depending on sea conditions, visit nearby caves.

You will return to the port at 11:00 and spend some time in Paracas, where you will have free time to go to the bathroom or rest for a while. Afterwards, continue to the next destination, the Huacachina oasis. You will take a short break to prepare for the desert tour and get on a buggy for an hour of adventure through the sand dunes surrounding the water surface. Return to Huacachina and enjoy time to freshen up. Continue to the traditional vineyard and taste the best of the local wine and pisco or have lunch at the vineyard's restaurant. Afterwards, you will return back to Lima and be dropped off at your hotel. Around 21:30 or 22:00.
