SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA: TATIO GEYSERS

Our tour starts at 05:00 AM from your hotels in San Pedro de Atacama, with an approximate travel time between hotels of 30 min. We travel a total of 99 km approximately to our first stop at the Tatio Geysers which are located at an approximate height of 4.320 m.a.s.l., arriving at dawn and seeing a geothermal show next to the volcanoes of the Andes Mountains, then we go to the Thermal Pool that is located within the geothermal field, where you can enjoy an entertaining bath with waters coming from these with a temperature of approximately 30 ° C. On the way back we pass through Machuca, a small town decorated with adobe houses and where we can find and enjoy a delicious llama meat anticucho and/or goat cheese empanadas.

Recommendations: Bring very warm clothes (temperatures below freezing), bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, mineral water and cool clothes for the return trip. Light dinner the night before.
